David Jones

Vice-President and Co-Founder


David Jones co-founded and has served as Vice President of Advanced Control Corporation since 1990, the year it was started.  David earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Union College in Schenectady, New York in 1987.

During his summer breaks from college, David worked in the building automation industry in New England.  His dedication to learning and perfecting his craft is an ongoing trait.  Prior to co-founding Advanced Control Corporation, David was employed at Landis & Gyr Powers in Boston.  David’s experience as a top producer in sales volume at Landis & Gyr Powers was the beginning and instilled in him the knowledge and experience that he has continued to build upon to this day in the field of building automation.  David has enjoyed a successful 28 years of experience in the building automation industry, focusing on every detail, including:
