Advanced Control Corp. Expands Sales Team to Include Security Specialist

Advanced Control Corporation has built a solid reputation as the industry leader in building automation, energy management, system integration, access control and CCTV solutions since 1987. To keep up with increased business, we have expanded our sales staff.

In an effort to meet the growing demands for providing our customers a means to address their security concerns all the while handling energy conservation and reducing overhead cost at their facilities, we have transitioned Tim Jones into the role of Security Specialist for our Sales Team. Tim brings over 30 years of experience in the Fire and Security Markets with companies like Honeywell and Simplex prior to joining Advanced Control Corporation over four years ago. Closed circuit television (CCTV) and access control have always been an important component of our business and we look forward to the benefit that our customers will receive from Tim's experience and focus in his new role.

Security Sales are growing in this marketplace as more people are concerned with their method of securing their facility. Companies are converting their old security systems to new systems for added security in a down economy. Advanced Control provides Service and Retrofit solutions for current security systems. Since CCTV equipment is a very rapidly growing technology that ages even faster than computers, professionals at Advanced Control Corporation are specifically trained on the rapidly changing technology to provide retrofit solutions.

In addition, we have added Edward Gager to the Advanced Control team to focus on Retrofit and Service Business to address our customers’ desire for Energy Conservation and reducing the operating cost of their facilities. Edward comes to us with over 15 years of experience in the Building Automation and HVAC industry and carries certifications or training on a variety of systems including Alerton, Carrier, Barber Colman, Johnson, Honeywell, Invensys, Tridium and Trane.
