Small Building Solutions

Advanced Control Corporation provides a cost effective stand-alone solution for taking control of unmanned or remote sites.

Our small building solution is the perfect way to get started, or extend the value of a current installation. With Andover Controls integrated small buildings controller, you have all of the benefits of TAC’s flagship continuum product line in a single-board solution with eight custom inputs, two reader inputs for access control, and four outputs to operate locks, etc. Our controller solutions enable you to expand your site by adding up to four controllers that can be designed to accommodate your building automation needs and your access control needs from an integrated system.

Other features include:

  • Network-ready, hosting an Ethernet port and supporting TCP/IP, SNMP and built in web server
  • No additional software is needed to display site information from anywhere in the world using a standard web browser
  • Integrate with Continuum CyberStation or web.Client for complete monitoring and control needs. These offer dynamic, graphical displays where users can analyze system alarms and live conditions. Users can change set points and alarm thresholds, or modify operating modes instantly
  • Ideal for use in retail stores, convenience stores, gas stations, and other locations where low cost card-access and HVAC control is essential
  • Telecom shelters at cell sites, remote switching units, point-of-presence sites, and controlled environmental vaults
  • Single school or small campus environments
